1. Program and Service Cancellation
- Clients can request cancellation of live coaching programs or service subscriptions within 24 hours of purchase, provided access or delivery has not commenced.
- Once a session has been delivered, no cancellations will be entertained for that particular service.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation request is made within the eligible time window (typically 24 hours) and no content/service has been delivered.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, guides)
- Workshops or masterclasses already attended
- Customized services or consultation once initiated
3. Subscription-Based Services
- Domain, hosting, and digital asset services require a minimum commitment of 4 months.
- Refunds will not be issued for monthly subscriptions once the month has started or service has been deployed.
4. Process for Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at connect@tiswam.com with your order details, reason for cancellation, and payment reference.
5. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. No Guarantee of Results
All services are provided in good faith. However, TISWAM does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results. Refunds will not be issued based on lack of results alone.
